Or, Finding Relief from Reynaud’s Syndrome
I wanted to share with you a process that can help with cold hands or feet. It can even help with Reynaud’s. Reynaud’s is a condition where blood is not flowing to the extremities properly.
It usually happens in cold weather. Since it’s starting to get colder outside, I thought this was appropriate to teach you this self care treatment. Please remember this is not a substitute for medical care. This procedure is meant as a complement to sound medical attention.
You can do this yourself fairly easily with some practice. It just involves training your mind to focus, opening your heart and allowing the blood to flow.
When you notice cold hands or feet, or decreased blood flow, open your heart and simply concentrate on the cold area and mentally direct the blood to the affected area. This may take some time at first, but keep at it. This is well worth the time and effort, especially if you have Reynaud’s.
In other words imagine the blood flowing to the cold area. Close your eyes if that helps you focus. I find that looking at the affected area helps me. Just play around with it and see what happens.
Remember not to try too hard. Don’t force or overthink this. Simply allow the blood to flow. Relax and open your heart to let it flow freely and easily. When your hands or feet start warming up, and color is restored, that of course is a great sign!!
This redirection of blood flow is also a type of energy healing. When you are moving blood, you are moving energy.
As you can see in the video below, this process does work! This is a remarkable ability that you already know how to do. You just need to remember. You can do this!
